SJS: Joining capital in Sudico Service JSC

On July 30th 2010, the Board of Directors of Song Da Urban & Industrial Zone Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (SUDICO) approved to contributed an another amount of VND3.75 billion, equivalent to 375,000 shares, to SUDICO Service Joint Stock Company (*). Total contributed capital, therefore, is VND7,65 billion, accounting for 51 percent of the charter capital of SUDICO Service Joint Stock Company.
