SECC: Public consultation on “Corporate Governance for listed Public Enterprises”

Phnom Penh Hotel | (Vietstock) – In light of preparations for the opening of the first stock market in July 2011, the Securities and Exchange Commission of Cambodia (SECC) would hold a public consultation on the new draft prakas on “Corporate Governance for Listed Public Enterprises” on August 11, 2010.
Under the contents of Agenda, H.E. Ming Bankosal, Director General of Securities and Exchange Commission of Cambodia, would give remark opening before Mr. Chhun Sambath, Director of Securities Issuances Supervision Department of SECC, would present the draft prakas on “Corporate Governance for listed Public Enterprises.”
And the rest of public consultation, participants would discussed about draft prakas.
The public consultation would be held on August 11th 2010 at Phnom Penh hotel, located at No. 53, Monivong Boulevard, Sangkat Srah Chok, Khan Duan Penh, 12201 Phnom Penh, Cambodia (It enjoys a central location in Phnom Penh and is less than 5 minutes’ walk from the Boeng Kak Lake.)
