PDR: Explanation for business result in the first 6 months 2010
Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation has explained business result in the first 6 months 2010 as follows:
* After-tax profit in the first 6 months 2010: VND158,353,980,224
* After-tax profit in the first 6 months 2009: VND4,499,708,429
Reasons:
In the first 6 months 2009, earnings of the company were only from leasing houses and fees of transference, commission of apartments of the EverRich I project worth VND1,024,313,579.
At the beginning of 2010, the company handed over apartments and offices of the EverRich I project. They were recorded in sales of the first 6 months 2010 worth VND950,852,362,163.
