EPS: Change of the ownership rate over 10% of chartered capital

Empower Securities Corporation (EPS) has informed of changing the ownership rate over 10% of chartered capital as follows:

* Seller: The Empower Securities Corporation (Selling shares in the issuance to raise chartered capital from VND135 billion to VND263.646 billion).

* Buyer: The Korea Investment and Securities Co., Ltd (The business license No.4055-617-1747-618 granted by the Taxation Department of the Yeongdungpo District on 8th August 1974).

* Buying volume: 12,864,000 shares, equivalent to 48.795% of chartered capital after capital raising.
