MCG: Resolution on dividend payment

The Board of Directors of Vietnam Mechanization Electrification & Construction Joint Stock Company unanimously decided to pay the first dividend installment of 2010 in cash to the existing shareholders:

* The first dividend payment of 2010 is just applied to the existing shareholders at the record date, not including 2,000,000 shares which were converted from convertible bonds on June 16, 2010.

* Record date: August 11, 2010.

* Payment rate: 10%/par value (VND1,000/share).

* Payment date: September 03, 2010.
