KDH: Explanation for business result in Q2/2010

Khang Dien House Trading and Investment Joint Stock Company (Khadihouse) has explained business result in Q2/2010 as follows:

* Q2/2009, selling products was not good as expected because the company focused on developing projects. Thus, sales and profit in Q2/2009 was quite low.

* In October 2009, the company contributed capital to the Eastern area real estate and investment JSC (Khadihouse holds 54.5% of chartered capital of the Eastern area real estate and investment JSC). The project of Villa Park of the Eastern area real estate and investment JSC started offering the first time of 60 villas (30% of the whole project). Besides, in Q2/2010, the company earned profit from the Tri Kiet real estate trading and investment Co., Ltd. (An association company) because Tri Kiet company had sold some products of the River Town project. Therefore, sales and profit in Q2/2010 was rapidly higher than the same period 2009.
