HHC: Results of General Meeting of Shareholders 2010
Haiha Confectionery JSC has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders held on 30/07/2010. The following resolutions were approved:
1. Seasoned issue plan:
- Stock type: Common stock
- Par value: VND 10,000
- for outstanding shareholders
- Expected date: QIII+QIV 2010
- Exercise rate: 50% (Shareholder can buy 1 new share for every 2 shares they own)
- Total volume of shares to be offered: 2,737,500 shares
- Price: VND 20,000/share
- The owner of share purchase rights can transfer his rights once to another person through negotiation, The rights transferred can not be transferred to the third party.
- Place:
+ For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited
+ For undeposited shares: Haiha Confectionery JSC on working days
Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested.
