RHC: Board Resolution

Ry Ninh II Hydroelectric JSC announces the Board Resolution approved on 04/11/2009 as follows:

1. Operating results of the first 6 months of 2010:

- Total revenue: VND 9,705 bil

- Payment to state budget: VND 1,222.9 bil

- Profit before tax: VND 1,629 bil

2. Operating plan for Quarter III/2010 and the last 6 months of 2010:

- Total revenue of Quarter III/2010: VND 16,218.4 bil

- Payment to state budget of Quarter III/2010: VND 1,618.2 bil

- Profit before tax of Quarter III/2010: VND 6,211.3 bil

- Total revenue of the last 6 months of 2010: VND 30,054 bil

- Payment to state budget of the last 6 months of 2010: VND 2,998 bil

- Profit before tax of the last 6 months of 2010: VND 11,467 bil

3. Investment projects:

- Agreed in principle the acquisition of Iagrai 3 Hydroelectric Power plant- a subsidiary of Song Da No. 4 JSC.

- Transfer 54% of holdings in Song Da Tay Nguyen Hydroelectric Power JSC to Song Da Consultant Design JSC or other subsidiaries of Song Da Corporation.

- The BOD agreed that RHC will become a member of Song Da Corporation.
