HBC: Implementing the Courtyard project
Hoa Binh Construction & Real Estate Corporation (Hoa Binh Corporation) has informed of implementing the Courtyard project as follows:
On 8th August 2010, the Saigon – Ham Tan Tourism JSC belonging to the Saigon Investment Group started implementing the second stage of the project of Courtyard by Marriott – Ham Tan Resort at Tan Binh Commune, La Gi Dist., Binh Thuan Province. Two main contractors of the project are Hoa Binh Corporation and the Mechanical Works and Construction Investment Joint stock company No. 9 (Coma 9).
Hoa Binh Corporation is the key contractor to construct work such as hotel, auxiliary area, Seaview villa, 200-seat restaurant, conference room and spa area with value about VND80.99 billion. Coma 9 is responsible for constructing work such as Villa, Bungalow area, main lobby, 150-seat restaurant with value about VND37.54 billion. Expected time of construction is 18 months.
The project of Saigon – Ham Tan Tourism Area has total area of 200 hectares. Total investment cost is more than VND3,000 billion (USD150 million). It will be put into operation from 2012. The project includes trading activities, tourism services, entertainment, culture, sport and high-class villa.
