DABACO Vietnam Corporation announces the Board Resolution approved on 27/7/2010 as follows:

1. Carrying out construction investment projects in BT form:

- H1 road line in Bac Ninh

- H2 road line in Bac Ninh

- Truong Chinh – Kinh Duong Vuong 3 road – in Bac Ninh

- Van Mieu harmonizing pond park in Bac Ninh

- Road from Den Do to road belt III and TL 295B

- Road from crossroad QL1A and TL277 to TL295B

2. Issue shares and convertible bond

- Issue shares with value of VND 181,644,400,000 to outstanding shareholders

- Purpose: Investment in projects.

3. Listing of additional shares 2010 on HNX

4. Rearrangement of the organization inside the company:

- Merging French breeding swan enterprise into processing breeding investment and development Ltd.

- Establishing Lac Ve breeding pick One member Ltd VND 10 bil.

- Establishing Dabaco breeding chicken One member Ltd VND 10 bil.

- Establishing NUTRECO Ltd VND 50 bil.

- Establishing Infrustructure development and construction Ltd VND 20 bil.
