HTC announces the notice of record date for Dividend payment as follows:

- Ex-date:
+ For T+3 transactions: 18/8/2010
- Reasons: First Dividend payment 2010
+ Exercise rate: 8% (Shareholders receive VND 800 for every 01 share they own)
+ Exercise date: 14/9/2010
+ Place of payment:
- For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
- For undeposited shares: HocMon Trade Joint Stock Company, 53/1D Ly Thuong Kiet, Hoc Mon, HCM city on working days since 14/9/2010. Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.
