BT6: Resolution of the shareholders’ meeting of changing the company’s name

620 - Chau Thoi Concrete Corporation (620CCC) has announced a resolution of the shareholders’ meeting of changing the company’s name as follows:

Article 1: Approving the change of the company’s name:

- New Vietnamese name: Cong Ty Co Phan Beton 6 (Abbr: Beton 6)

- New English name: Beton 6 Corporation (Abbr: BT6 Corp.)

Article 2: Authorizing the BOD to implement:

- Registering the name change with Planning & Investment of Binh Duong Province.

- Announcing the information under the Law.

Article 3: The resolution is valid as from August 10, 2010.
