BHS: Resolution of the BOD’s by ballot

Bien Hoa Sugar Joint Stock Company (BSJC) has announced a resolution of the BOD’s by ballot about adding a service to its business as follows:

* Article 1: Approving supplement of service “Agricultural mechanical cultivation”.

* Article 2: Staffs and related departments have to implement the resolution.

* Article 3: The resolution is valid as from August 02, 2010.
