* Par value: VND 10,000     

* Ex-right date: August 12, 2010

(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on August 12 & 13, 2010 sellers will not receive the rights.)

* Record date: August 16, 2010

* Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share)

* Purpose: Topay the first dividend in 2010 in cash.

* Payment date: September 06, 2010
