VST: Purchasing a new ship

Viet Nam Sea Transport and Chartering Joint Stock Company has informed of purchasing a new ship as follows:

To implement the strategy of developing and refreshing the ship crew of the company, it will invest an additional dry-bulk ship built in 1998 in Japan with capacity of 23,620 DWT. The company expects to take over the ship from a seller in Thailand port at the end of July 2010. The ship is named “VTC GLORY”. Total investment cost of the ship is about USD18 million.
