TST: Results of General Meeting of Shareholders 2010

Telecommunication Technical Service JSC has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders held on 30/06/2010. The following resolutions were approved:

1. Audited financial statement 2009

- Revenue: VND 222,564,462,910

- Profit before tax: VND 16,640,549,976

- Profit after tax: VND 14,149,611,055

- Dividend payment: 17%

- Payment for the BOD: VND 336 million

2. Plan in 2010

- Revenue: VND 255,000,000,000

- Profit after tax: VND 16,901,500,000

- Dividend payment :15-17%

- Payment to the BOD and Supervisory board: VND 447,552,000

3. Promotional for customers not over than 5% of profit after tax

4. Select auditor for FY 2010: Ernst & Young Vietnam Company Limited

5. Payment for the BOD and Supervisory board 2010: VND 447,552,000

6. Chair of the BOD will be cum General Manager.
