SDP: Results of General Meeting of Shareholders 2010
Song Da Trading and Transport JSC has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders held on 29/06/2010. The following resolutions were approved:
1. Seasoned issue plan:
- Total volume of share to be offered: 7,000,000 shares
- Total par value of shares to be offered: VND 70,000,000,000
- For outstanding shareholders:
+ Volume of shares to be offered : 4,000,000 shares
+ Price: VND 12,000/ share
+ Exercise rate: 2 : 1 (Shareholders are entitled to have 1 share purchase right for every 2 shares they own and they can buy 1 new share for every share purchase right)
- For strategic partner:
+ Volume of shares to be offered : 3,000,000 shares
+ Price: VND 15,000/share
2. Deposited and lIsted additional shares on HNX
3. Change company’s name
4. Change company’s logo
5. Change in company’s policy.
