Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation (THUDUC HOUSE) has set up a subsidiary and received a license to invest in a new project as follows:

* Company name: Centum Wealth Co., Ltd
* Business License: 411022000509 granted by the People’s Committee of Hochiminh City on June 09, 2010.
* Head office: Hiep Phu Ward, District 9, Hochiminh City.
* Business field: Real-estate.
* Charter capital: VND178,000,000,000 (Equivalent to US$10,000,000). Of which:
- Thuduc House: VND90,780,000,000 (51%)
- Daewon Co., Ltd: VND87,220,000,000 (49%)
* Legal representative: Mr. Cheun Eung Sik
2. New project:
* Project name: Centum Wealth
* Project purpose: To invest, develop, build, manage and trade a multi function building: a trading center, high-grade apartments, a swimming pool area, gyms.
* Location: Hiep Phu Ward, District 9, Hochiminh City.
* Land area: 11,582 square meters.
* Total investment: VND890,000,000,000 (Equivalent to US$50,000,000).
