TAC: Dissolving project management unit and appointing Deputy General Director

Tuong An Vegetable Oil Joint Stock Company has informed of dissolving the project management unit and appointing Deputy General Director of construction and engineering as follows:

* Dissolving the project management unit directly under the BOD and transferring task of construction investment to CEO.

* Appointing Mr. Duong Tien Duc – BOD member, former Director of the project management unit to limited-term Deputy General Director of construction and engineering effective from 21st July 2010.
