DPR: Raising contribution capital in Dorufoam

Dong Phu Rubber Joint Stock Company (Doruco) has informed of raising contribution capital in the Dong Phu Technical Rubber JSC (Dorufoam) as follows:

According to the resolution of Dorufoam dated 16th July 2010, it would raise chartered capital from VND90 billion to VND110 billion. The additional amount of VND20 billion is contributed by the Dong Phu Rubber Joint Stock Company. Therefore, holding rate of Doruco in Dorufoam increases from 40% to 50.9%.
