Sara JSC has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders held on 03/07/2010. The following resolutions were approved:

1. Operating result of 2009 and plan 2010, 2011, 2012

* 2009

- Revenue: VND 8,468,250,126

- Profit after tax: - VND 1,058,529,992

* 2010

- Revenue: VND 15,030,000,000

- Profit after tax: VND 4,080,000,000

* 2011

- Revenue: VND 18,600,000,000

- Profit after tax: VND 6,150,000,000

* 2012

- Revenue: VND 48,500,000,000

- Profit after tax: VND 24,980,000,000

2. Report from the Board of Directors 2009

3. Mr. Le Van Hanh has resigned from Director

4. Ms. Pham Thi Hong Thai has resigned from Chief os Supervisory Board

5. Investment partnership with Sara Vietnam JSC in Van Canh project

6. Change in company name

7. Seasoned issue plan

8. Select auditor for FY 2010

9. Mr. Vu Duy Son has been appointed Director

10. Ms. Nguyen My Hanh has been appointed member of Supervisory board
