AGR: Adjusting the company regulation

AgriBank Securities Joint Stock Corporation has informed of adjusting its company regulation promulgated under the resolution of the BOD No.11/10/ND-HDQT dated 8th July 2010 as follows:

Adjusting chartered capital at Item 1, Article 5 of the company regulation is matched with the result of raising the actual chartered capital of the company passed by shareholders dated 29th December 2009 and paying dividend in stock passed by shareholders dated 29th April 2010.

The adjustment is done by the BOD as stipulated at Item 2 Article 20 of the company regulation passed by shareholders dated 29th April 2010.
