SJC: Results of General Meeting of Shareholders 2010

Song Da 1.01 JSC has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders held on 12/07/2010. The following resolutions were approved:

Change in seasoned issue plan

* For outstanding shareholders:

- Exercise rate: 2:1 (Shareholders are entitled to have 1 share purchase right for every 2 shares they own and they can buy 1 new share for every share purchase right).

- Total volume of shares to be offered: 1,500,000 shares

- Price: VND 10,000/share

* For other investors:

- Total volume of shares to be offered: 500,000 shares

- Price: VND 21,000/share.
