HOSE announces the record date of Pomina Steel Corporation as follows:
- Stock symbol: POM
- Stock type: Common stock
- Par value: VND10,000
- Ex-right date: July 22, 2010
(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on July 22 & 23, 2010, sellers will not receive the right)
- Record date: July 26, 2010
- Purpose:
- Cash Dividend Payment for 2009
- Exercise ratio: 5% par value (VND5,00 /share)
- Payment date: August 13, 2010
- Dividend payment in stock for 2009:
- Exercise ratio: 100:15 (A shareholder owning 100 share will receive 15 new shares)
- The additional issued shares will be rounded down. The odd shares will be bought by the company at the price of VND10,000/share.
- For example: Shareholder Nguyen Van A owns 201 shares, the calculation will be: 201 shares x 15/100 = 30.15 shares. After rounding down, the number of dividend he receives will be 30 shares andVND1,500 in cash (=0.15 shares xVND10,000)
- Estimated issue volume: 24,450,000 shares
- The right to receive dividend is not transferable.
