PetroVietnam Nghe An Construction JSC announces the Board Resolution approved on 12/7/2010 as follows:

1. Establishment of Cua Lo Urban Investment Oil and Gas JSC:

- Charter capital: VND 36 bil

- Founding shareholders: PVA: 49%; individual investors: 51%

- Expected to be put into operation on 15/8/2010

2. Mr. Nguyen Thanh Trung has been appointed Deputy Head of Construction Team No.7 .
