PET: Change of contribution capital of the Ethanol project

Petrovietnam General Services Js Corporation (Petrosetco) has informed of decreasing its contribution capital at the Petrovietnam Central Biofuels Joint Stock Company as follows:

Petrosetco has decreased its capital contribution at the Petrovietnam Central Biofuels Joint Stock Company (the project of Dung Quat Ethanol) from 51% to 25% of chartered capital. According to the resolution of the Member Board of the Petrovietnam Oil and Gas Group (Petrovietnam) No.6009/NQ-DKVN dated 8th July 2010, the Binh Son Refining and  Petrochemical Company Ltd. has increased its contribution capital into the project of Dung Quat Ethanol with the rate equivalent to the capital withdrawal of Petrosetco.

Chartered capital of the Petrovietnam Central Biofuels Joint Stock Company is VND225,000,000,000.
