NHW: Business result in quarter 2/2010

Ngo Han Joint-Stock Company (NHW) reached 37.5 billion dongs of the accumulation profit after tax as at June 2010 and 39.69 billion dongs of the retaining profit as at June 30, 2010. Basing on the results, the BOD approved a plan of dividend payment in cash in the first 2010 as follows:

* Exercise ratio: 10%/par value

* The record date: July 28, 2010

* Payment date: August 12, 2010.
