LHG: Project in Long An province
Long Hau Corporation has informed of the project in Long An province as follows:
1. Adjusting and supplementing the planning of industrial zones in Long An Province:
* On 26th April 2010, the Prime Minister signed a Document No.672/TTg-KTN about approval for adjusting and supplementing the industrial zones in Long An province to the development planning of industrial zones in Vietnam till 2010.
* The Long Hau 3 Industrial zone with 1,165 hectares belonging to the investment project of the Long Hau Corporation is one of the industrial zones added to the above Document.
* The company is urgently doing legal procedures of the project
2. Passing the land price of the residence – resettlement project in Can Giuoc Dist., which the Long Hau Corporation implements financial obligation.
* On 7th April 2010, the People’s Committee of Long An province signed a Decision No.948/QD-UBND about transferring land to the Long Hau Corporation so that the company can implement the project of residence – resettlement area (The first stage) in Long Hau Commune, Can Giuoc Dist.
* On 7th July 2010, the People’s Committee of Long An province released a Document No.1904/QD-UBND about passing the land price of the residence – resettlement project in Can Giuoc Dist., which the Long Hau Corporation has to do the financial obligation.
* Land price: VND276,000/m2
* The Long Hau Corporation is doing procedures to complete its financial obligation.
