DHC: Announcement of the record date
Dong Hai Joint Stock Company of Bentre (DOHACO) announced the record date for implementing rights to buy additional shares:
· Stock symbol: DHC
· Stock type: Common stock
· Par value: VND10,000
· Ex-right date: July 14, 2010
· (In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on July 14 & 15, 2010, sellers will not receive the right)
· Record date: July 16, 2010
·Purpose: To close shareholder list for a new offering.
·Exercise ratio: 2:1 (01 share will get 01 right, 02 rights will buy 01 new share)
The number of shares offered to existing shareholders will be rounded to units. The fractional parts and undistributed shares will be offered to other objects by the Board of Directors at a price not less than the one offered to the existing shareholders.
For example: Shareholder Nguyen Van A owns 99 shares, the calculation will be: 99:2 = 49.5 new shares. Therefore, shareholder A will have the right to buy 49 new shares. The fraction 0.5 share will be sold to other investors.

- The new shares are transferable.

- Time to transfer rights: From July 27, 2010 to August 16, 2010
