NVN: Explanation for information released on the online newspaper

House Viet Nam Joint Stock Company has explained information of the BCR project released on the online newspaper Cafef.vn dated 5th July 2010 as follows:

The company has not disclosed any information released on Cafef.vn. Thus, the article “NVN: Expected offering of 11 VIP plots of the BCR project in July” released on Cafef.vn dated 5th July 2010 was incorrect.

The project of VIP – The BCR has been disclosed on the prospectus and website of the company. On 28th June 2010, the company only released the official time of selling the area of the VIP-The BCR on the newspapers of the Securities Investment and the Real estate & asset Market for advertising purpose. Therefore, the company confirms that it has not disclosed the content of pre-tax profit as released on Cafef.vn.
