BCI: Receiving a share offer license

Binh Chanh Construction Investment Shareholding Company (BCCI.) has announced a share offer license as follows:

Article 1: The State Securities Committee issue the license for offer shares of BCCI. to public:

- Company name: Binh Chanh Construction Investment Shareholding Company

- Abbr.: BCCI

- Head office: 550 Kinh Duong Vuong St., An Lac Ward, Binh Tan Dist., HCMC.

- Business License No.0301881016 issued first on Dec. 24, 1999 and for sixteenth change on Dec. 11, 2009 by Planning & Investment Dept. of HCMC.

- Charter capital: VND542,000,000,000

Article 2: BCCI’s shares are allowed to offer to public:

- Stock type: cCommon shares

- Par value: VND10,000

- Total volume for the offer: 18,067,000 shares to the existing shareholders

- Total value of the offer: VND180,670,000,000

- Distribution time: Within 90 days from the date of the license

- Distribution method: Was reported in prospectus

- Consultancy firm: Thang Long Securities Joint Stock Company

Article 3: BCCI. has to obey the Law and regulations in Securities.

Article 4: The license is valid as from July 07, 2010.
