Petrovietnam General Service Joint Stock Corporation (PETROSETCO) has announced share buy-back as follows:

* Stock symbol: PET

* Number of treasury shares currently: 268,500 shares

* Number of shares registered to buy back: 12,700 shares

* Buying price: VND10,000/share

* Purpose: Withdrawal of shares from the employees who left the Company.

* Trading method: Vietnam Securities Depository will implement share transfer.

* Trading period: From July 21, 2010 to August 03, 2010.
