SDT: Explanation for the change of over 5% in operating result in QI- 2010
According to the Financial Statement Quarter I/2010, net income decreased compared to Quarter I/2009. Song Da No.10 JSC explained the decrease in operating result in QI/ 2010 as follows:
- Profit after tax of QI/ 2010: VND 12,168,592,335
- Profit after tax of QI/ 2009: VND 16,677,346,728
- Difference: - VND 4,508,754,393 (-27,03%)
Reasons:
- In Quarter I/ 2010, the delivery taking in construction works is sluggish, causing the decrease in Profit compared to Quarter I/ 2009 an amount of: VND 39,530,902,749
- This sluggish has also caused the increase in interest payment of QI/2010 compared to QI/2009 an amount of: VND 5,343,884,167.
