PVX announces the notice of record date for Dividend payment as follows:
- Issuer: Petro Vietnam Construction Joint Stock Corporation
- Stock code: PVX
- Par value: VND 10,000
- Stock type: Common stock
- Record date: 25/5/2010
- Ex-date: 21/5/2010
- Reasons: Second Dividend payment 2009 by cash
+ Exercise rate: 3% (Shareholders receive VND 300 for every share they own)
+ Exercise date: 15/06/2010
+ Place of payment:
- For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
- For undeposited shares: Petrovietnam Securities JSC, No.18 Ly Thuong Kiet, Hanoi or No 1-5 Le Duan Street, District 1, HCM City on working days (From Monday to Saturday). Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.
