SAF: Board Resolution

Safoco Foodstuff JSC announces the Board Resolution approved on 27/4/2010 as follows:

- The number of shares shareholder receive is rounded down to unit digit.

- Odd share (Less than 01 share) is paid by cash at par value of VND 10,000/ share

- For example: Mr. Nguyen Van A

+ Number of share holdings at record date: 105 shares

+ Exercise rate: 12%

+ Number of shares increase after dividend payment: 12.6 shares

+ Method of payment:

- Payment by share: 12 shares

- Payment by cash: 0.6 shares equivalent to: VND 10,000 x 0.6 share

- For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been depostied.

- For undeposited shares: Cash payment in Head office of SAF: No.7/13 – 7/25 Kha Van Can, Linh Tay Ward, Thu Duc District, HCM City on working days (From Monday to Saturday).
