SGH: Results of General Meeting of Shareholders 2010 (Unsuccessful)

Saigon Hotel Corporation has disclosed the results of its first Annual General Meeting of Shareholders as follows:

The second AGM was unsuccessful due to insufficient shareholders who present only 57.77% of voting shares. The company will hold a second general meeting of shareholders 2010 on 12/6/2010 in accordance with Enterprise Law and the charter of the company.
