HTV: Annual General Meeting 2010 delayed

According to the announcement on April 14, 2010, Hatien Transport Joint Stock Company will hold the 2010 Annual General Meeting on May 25, 2010 at White Palace, 194 Hoang Van Thu, Phu Nhuan. However, because Mr. Quan Trong Dan, Chairman of the Board of Directors, is on business trip, he cannot preside over the meeting. Therefore, the meeting will be delayed until further notice.
