RCC withdraws initial listing registration documents

On October 06th 2009, Hochiminh Stock Exchange received documents on initial listing registration from Railway Construction Joint Stock Company (RCC).

* On October 16th 2009, RCC got Official Document No.1749/SGDHCM-NY dated October 15th 2009 from Hochiminh Stock Exchange answering the supplement of the listing registration documents.

* Because there are some changes of the Company which must be approved at the 2009 Annual General Meeting (On April 22nd 2010), the Company has not completed the documents. Therefore, the Company suggests withdrawing the initial listing registration documents in order to update information.
