FPC: Resolution on new BOD Chairman Appointment

Full Power Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors as follows:

* Article 1: Mr. Lee Chung Yi has been appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Full Power Joint Stock Company in the term of 2010.

* Article 2: Mr. Lee Chung Yi and the Board of Directors are responsible for implementing this resolution.

* Article 3: This resolution takes effect from May 24, 2010.
