FPC: BOD Resolution on CEO’s Resignation

Full Power Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors as follows:

Article 1: The BOD Chairman approved the resignation of Mr. Lai Jie Dar from the post of CEO.

Article 2: The BOD Chairman cancelled the plan to appoint Mr. Lai Jie Dar as Chairman of the Board of Directors in subsidiaries of Full Power Joint Stock Company.

Article 3: Mr. Lai Jie Dar and the Company’s departments are responsible for implementing this resolution.

Article 4: This resolution takes effect from May 24, 2010.
