- Total value of shares offered: VND 31,288,000,000

- For: Outstanding shareholders and strategic partner

- Method:

+ offered 2,435,600 shares for outstanding: with rate 2 : 1 and price VND 10,000/ share

+ offered 693,200 shares for strategic partner: price must be higher than VND 10,000/ share.
