APG: Results of General Meeting of Shareholders 2010

An Phat Joint Stock Securities Company has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders held on 20/05/2010. The following resolutions were approved:

1. Operating result of 2009

- Revenue: VND 39,498,000,000

- Profit before tax: VND 10,424,000,000

- Dividend payment (5%): VND 6,750,000,000

- Payment for the BOD and Supervisory Board: VND 290,000,000

2. Plan in 2010

- Revenue: VND 85,071,000,000

- Profit before tax: VND 37,000,000,000

- Dividend payment (17.5%): VND 23,625,000,000

- Payment for the BOD and Supervisory Board: VND 457,000,000

3. Plan to increase Charter Capital up to VND 500 billion

4. Mr. Tran Van Tuan has been appointed member of Supervisory Board in place of Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nghi.
