SME announces the notice of record date for Dividend payment as follows:

- Par value: VND 10,000

- Stock type: Common stock

- Record date: 2/6/2010

- Ex-date:

+ For T+3 transactions: 31/5/2010

- Reasons: Dividend payment 2009 in cash

+ Exercise rate: 4% (Shareholders receive VND 400 for every 01 share they own)

+ Exercise date: 30/6/2010

+ Place of payment:

- For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.

- For undeposited shares: SME Securities Corporation on working days since 30/6/2010. Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.
