YSC: Results of General Meeting of Shareholders 2010
Hapaco Yenson JSC has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders. The following resolutions were approved:
1. Operating result 2009:
- Revenue: VND 49.3 bil
- Profit after tax: VND 2.61 bil
2. Operating plan 2010:
- Revenue: VND 51 bil
- Profit after tax: VND 3.85 bil
- Dividend payment: 12 - 18%

6. Dividend payout ratio of 2009
7. Setting up funds:
- Financial reserve: VND 326 mil
- Investment and development fund: VND 653 mil
- Reward and welfare fund: VND 196.5 mil
- Bonus to the management and assistants of BOD: VND 129.69 mil
- Added dividend payment 2008 (6%): VND 635.8 mil
- Paid dividend 2009 (12%): VND 1.3 bil
