ICG: Results of General Meeting of Shareholders 2010
Song Hong construction JSC (INCOMEX) has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders held on 22/04/2010. The following resolutions were approved:

- Revenue: VND 185,122 million
- profit before tax: VND 35,927 million
- Profit after tax: VND 34,012 million
- Dividend payment: 16%
- Averages income: VND 7.5 million /person / month
* 2010
- Revenue: VND 297,310 million
- profit before tax: VND 48,944 million
- Profit after tax: VND 46,003 million
- Dividend payment: 16.5%
- Averages income: VND 8 million / person/ month
3. Report of Supervisory Board 2009
4. Profit distribution plan 2009
5. Payment for the Board of Directors and Supervisory board 2010
6. Select auditor: Viet Nam Auditing And Accuonting Consultancy Company
7. Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tung has been appointed General Manager
8. Change in Board of Directors:
- Mr. Le Xuan thi, Mr. Trinh Xuan Thanh, Mr. Mai Van Dong, Mr. Hoang Ngoc Sau, Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh have resigned from Directors.
- Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tung, Mr. Nguyen Hong Thai, Mr. Nguyen Minh Quan have been appointed Directors
9. Change in Supervisory Board
- Mr. Nguyen Duc Viet has resigned from Member of Supervisory Board
- Mr. Pham Tien Thanh has been appointed Member of Supervisory Board
