VNL: The BOD’s decision of releasing restriction of share transference

Vinalink International Freight Forwarders (VINALINK) has announced the BOD’s decision of releasing restriction of share transference as follows:

Article 1: Releasing restriction of share transference for institutions:

* Vinatrans: 180,000 shares

* Vinafreight: 110,000 shares

* Vinatrans Hanoi: 460,000 shares

* Vinatrans Danang: 60,000 shares

Article 2: Assigning the CEO and secretaries implement the decision.

Article 3: The decision is valid as from April 22, 2010.
