* Par value: VND 10,000     

* Ex-right date: April 29, 2010

(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on April 29& May 04, 2010, sellers will not receive the rights.)

* Record date: May 05, 2010

* Dividend pay-out ratio: 30%/ par value (VND3,000/ share)

* Payment date: May 24, 2010

* Place & procedure of payment:

- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: At the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: At Lix Detergent Joint Stock Company.
