VIS: The BOD’s resolution of Song Da Corporation

Viet Nam – Italy Steel Joint Stock Company (VISCO) has announced the BOD’s resolution of Song Da Corporation as follows:

Article 1: Changing the capital representative of the parent company:

* Discharging Mr. Dinh Van Vi from Head of Representative Board of the parent company at VISCO, from the capital representative of 31.5 billion dongs of the parent company at VISCO, from the Member and the Chairman of the BOD at VISCO to focus in obligation of the Chairman of the BOD and the CEO at Song Da Steel Joint Stock Company.

* Appointing Mr. Tran Van Thanh as Head of Representative Board of the parent company at VISCO, as the capital representative of 31.5 billion dongs of the parent company at VISCO and introducing to the BOD for the Chairman of the BOD and the CEO of VISCO.

* Appointing Mr. Tran Quang Duong – Head of Planning & Investment Dept. as the capital representative of 15 billion dongs of the parent company at VISCO and introducing to the shareholders’ meeting for a member in the BOD.

* Other members: No change

Article 2: The capital representatives implement the resolution.
