CTB: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2010

Hai Duong Pump Manufacturing JSC has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 27/03/2010. The following resolutions were approved:

1. Report of Opearting result of 2009

* Operating result 2009:

- Product: VND 41,802,445,000

- Revenue: VND 97,815,318,898

- Profit before tax: VND 7,048,327,885

- Profit after tax: VND 6,367,988,036

- Payment for the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board: VND 100,000,000

* Invesment: VND 2,434,993,848

* Dividend payment: 20%

* Set up fund: VND 1,958,342,122

2. Plan in 2010

* Operating:

- Product: VND 48 billion

- Revenue: VND 120 billion

- Profit before tax: VND 8 billion

- Averages income: VND 4,600,000

- Dividen payment: 20%

- Payment for the Board of Director and Supervisory Board: VND 130,000,000

* Investment plan

* Auditor: Vietnam Auditing and Evaluation Co., Ltd

3. Mr. Nguyen Trong Nam, Deputy General Manager, has been appointed Director in place of Mr. Ngo Quang Thang.
