UIC: Information on the 2010 annual shareholders’ meeting
Idico Urban and House Development Joint Stock Company (IDICO - UDICO) has announced information on the 2010 annual shareholders’ meeting as follows:
* Meeting time: 09:00am April 27, 2010
* Venue: Conference Room of IDICO-URBIZ – Service Center of Nhon Trach Industrial Park – St. 3 – 1 Nhon Trach Industrial Park, Nhon Trach Dist., Nhon Trach Province.
* Objects: The shareholders in the list recorded on March 16, 2010.
* Contents:
- The 2009 business results, the 2010 business plan and the 2009 audited financial statements.
- Reports of the BOD and the Supervisory Board.
- Plans of dividend payment in 2009, compensations for the BOD, the Supervisory Board and secretaries of the BOD and choosing the 2010 audit firm.
- Adjustment of the company’s regulation.
- Appointment of members in the BOD and the Supervisory Board in 2010-2015.
- The relative documents will be posted on www.idico-udico.com.vn.
- Shareholders please send confirmations of attending to the meeting before 04:00pm April 20, 2010.
- Shareholders can authorize others to attend the meeting.
